The EXCHANGE Tower is a 372,000 square foot, 31 storey commercial tower with six levels underground parking. The tower is the first LEED Platinum office high-rise in British Columbia but is also being billed as one of Canada’s most sustainable office towers.
The Exchange combines European technologies with a West Coast aesthetic to create a unique downtown working environment.
