The buildings’ mechanical systems are comprised of: central chilled and heating water plant; glycol heat recovery systems; constant and variable air volume supply/ exhaust air systems; lab pressure control systems; data/ electrical room cooling systems; steam distribution for heating, humidification and process equipment; filtered water and reverse osmosis water plants; compressed lab air systems; lab vacuum systems; various lab gas systems.
